Transfer from Barcelona Airport to Barcelona City Centre

When you fly into  Barcelona Airport, it is very likely that you will need to get to your accomodation in  Barcelona city centre  and when you leave it may be necesary to get to Barcelona Airport.

The easiest way to get from Barcelona Airport (BCN) to the city centre is by train. The RENFE train service runs from Terminal 2 of the airport and takes just over half an hour to get to Passeig de Gracia station in the city centre. Tickets cost €4.50 and can be purchased from the ticket machines in the station.

Alternatively, the Aerobus express shuttle service departs from outside of the arrivals hall of both terminals. The journey takes around 35 minutes and tickets can be purchased from the driver for €5.90.

Taxis are also available from outside of the arrivals hall and the journey should take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. The cost of a taxi is around €30.
