The Spanish government weather website AEMET (Agencia Estatal de Meteorología) has a page with warnings about extreme weather conditions.

They are mainly for extreme "viento" (wind) or "lluvia" (rain)

The rainfall warnings come in this format:

Precipitación acumulada en 12 horas: 40 mm. ( Accumulated rainfall in 12 hours: 40 mm)

The wind and wave warnings come in this format:

Intervalos de fuerza 7 de viento del nordeste y olas de 3 metros (Intervals of northeast wind force 7 and waves of 3 meters )
